Over the past half year, I've purchased a couple of boards from Wave and I can't find anything to complain about. The process of ordering online was a breeze, the shipping was super fast, and the quality of the boards is top-notch. My grandkids are really enjoying the Woody 10', and I'm quite pleased with my Woody 11'.

It was easy to get in touch, and he quickly sorted out my refund—still in process as I write this, but no biggie. I was itching to try the board, so I unpacked it right away to inflate it. Setting it up was a breeze. I did get a little mixed up with the pump, but I hopped on the live chat, and someone was there to assist me right away, which was great. I'm really impressed with the board's quality and feel, and while I haven't hit the water with it yet, I'm counting down the days! I’d definitely recommend Wave for their value, customer service, product quality, and design.

I had been on the hunt for a SUP set for a while, and the Wave Pro turned out to be just what I needed at a fantastic price. The whole ordering experience was a breeze, and it arrived super fast - I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of everything in the package. Inflating the board was a piece of cake with the hand pump that came with it (took around 4 minutes), and all the gear fits snugly in the bag, leaving space for any extra boots or gear you might want to toss in. Great quality board, paddle, and pump. The delivery was really fast. I took it out for a test paddle yesterday and did great: this is my first paddleboard, and it was stable enough that I didn't fall in at all! I'm really pleased and would definitely purchase again.

I got a fresh SUP for the kiddos. It's a nice, affordable board that looks great and is super easy to inflate and use. The kids really enjoyed it! The order took a couple of days to show up and was well packaged.

I was tricked into posting a review by Wave SUP's after getting an email saying that if I shared my thoughts, they’d send me a free waterproof phone case. What a load of nonsense! The email they told me to respond to was a dead end; I got an auto reply saying 'could not deliver email due to a misconfiguration.' So here I am, trying to warn folks not to get caught up in the same scam and end up writing a glowing review for a nonexistent free waterproof phone case!
